Pramod Kabra was appointed as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company with effect from 01st July, 2025.

Pramod joined True North in 2007 as a Partner. He was involved in supporting and building True North portfolio companies across the financial services, consumer, healthcare, and industrial sectors. In 2023, he assumed the role of an Advisor and continues to support True North partner companies in business building and strategic decision-making. Prior to joining True North, he worked with Unilever and Hindustan Unilever for 23 years in various senior positions.

Currently, he is an Independent Director at Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited and a Trustee of the True North Capital Trust.

Pramod holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Rajagopalan Santhanam was appointed as the Nominee Director of the Company w.e.f. 20.08.2020.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 25+ years of operational experience in accounting, finance, and treasury management. He has worked with Monsanto and ITC Ltd. in India. His achievements include the ideation and implementation of tax-optimized cash utilization structures, consolidation of legal entity frameworks, and providing critical support in business acquisition processes.

Rajagopalan joined True North in 2008 and is based in Mumbai.

Srikrishna Dwaram is a Partner at True North (formerly India Value Fund Advisors).

He is part of the Fund Management Team at True North and is involved in evaluating and executing the firm’s investments in the logistics and supply chain, media and entertainment, and auto ancillary sectors. He also plays a key role in developing sector perspectives, sourcing and evaluating opportunities in the energy and financial services domains.

Srikrishna joined True North in 2006 as an Associate in Fund Management and has previously served as a Fund Manager. In this role, he was responsible for identifying and assessing investment opportunities, assisting in portfolio company exits, and raising debt for portfolio companies.

Before joining True North, he gained nearly six years of experience in the manufacturing, automobile, and financial services sectors. He was part of the core team at Yes Bank, contributing to the bank’s operational setup and its IPO. He has also worked with Maruti Udyog Ltd. and Kirloskar Oil Engines, and spent time in the Planning and Strategy division at ICICI Bank, where he was involved in the ICICI–ICICI Bank merger. 

Srikrishna holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, where he was a gold medalist.

Vinod is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in finance, logistics, and allied sectors. As the Managing Director & CEO, he oversees the development and execution of NBHC’s corporate strategy, business growth initiatives, systems and policies, stakeholder engagement, delivery excellence, and leadership development across the organization.

He joined NBHC in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer and played a pivotal role in driving financial discipline within the company. In 2023, he was elevated to Business Head & SVP to lead the Micro Agri Commodities Lending & Business Correspondent Services, where he strengthened key banking relationships. With a career spanning over 20 years, he has predominantly worked in the logistics and supply chain industry.

Vinod brings deep industry insight and strategic expertise that continue to support NBHC’s transformation journey. His vision, combined with strong operational rigor, is instrumental in unlocking the next phase of growth for the company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
