Designation: Cluster In-charge Operation (CIO)
Location: Nanded (Maharashtra)
Qualification: Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities of Cluster In-charge Operation (CIO)

ClO directly report to CH (Cluster Head) concerned and assist CH in Operational control of all Warehouses (WH) / godowns in the respective Cluster.

The broad Key Responsibilities (Job Description): is given here under:

  • Ensure effective control on functioning of Senior Supervisors, Supervisors and Security Guards including their work allocation, daily reporting etc.
  • Periodic surprise day and night visits to assess the integrity of operations and the implementation of various risk measures.
  • Liaison with Security agencies for proper deployment and control of Security Guards.
  • Transfer of WH Supervisors, as per the policy of the Company, in coordination with CH, HR-Head Office and HO-Operations.
  • Ensuring proper compilation of Warehouse Inspection Reports (WHIR) by respective
  • Supervisors etc. and timely submission to HO-Operations for necessary action.
  • Commodity Health: CIO takes up the responsibility of maintaining the health of the commodities in all warehouses. He will follow up the Fumigation Schedules and the observations in the MSIR and Audit reports. He will liaison with CCPM (Commodity Care Pest Management) and other agencies in this regard.
  • Visits to Critical WI Is as advised by CH and others.
  • Managing STMI's in coordination with CH and Asst. State Head.
  • Ensures Collation of correct Price Pooling Information from the agencies concerned and submit to HO
  • Monthly MIS, relating to Operations to CH and in turn to all concerned including HO.
  • Manage inventory at WHs in manner in accordance with company SOPs
  • Utilization of WH Space, by proper stacking etc. in PWH. Initiate corrective action in respect of irregularities in internal audit.
  • Recruitment and training of WH Supervisors/ Samplers
  • Ensure collection of hand over letter post the hire period for all WHs

Designation: Product Manager -Business Development-Agri Warehousing/Trade Financing
Location: Mumbai
Qualification: Graduate & MBA (Agri)
Experience: 15-20 years

Job Title: Product Manager-Business Development-Agri Warehousing/Trade Financing

Industry:Agri Warehousing/Agri Trading/Agri-Tech

Location : Mumbai

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream; an MBA in BSC Agri is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in business development and import/export or Agri commodity trading within the agriculture or warehousing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

 

  1. Client Acquisition:

Identify and establish partnerships with large portfolio/mid-sized clients in regional commodity of operational states which will help in maximising revenue and profit of the States.

  1. Revenue Growth and P&L Management:

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profit maximisation in operational states by identifying and onboarding new clients in approved commodities.

  1. Commodities Management:

Lead initiatives aimed at boosting revenue from commodities, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.

  1. Sales Strategy Development:

Create and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve established sales targets.

  1. Handling Business Exigencies:

Handle business exigencies of the States allocated.

  1. Cluster and location Development:

Identify and develop untapped locations and clusters.

 

Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and participate in industry events.

Designation: Corporate Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream; an MBA in BSC Agri is preferred
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development and import/export or Agri commodity trading within the agriculture or warehousing sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Meeting revenue and profit goals in accordance with team/organizational goals.
  • Acquisition of new clients together with retention of the existing customer base.
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies, lead generation plans, and negotiation tactics.
  • Negotiation and finalization of contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Identification of knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
  • Monitoring Accounts receivables and collection from Corporate clients.
  • Monitoring utilization of Corporate warehouses and optimize costs for sustained profitability.
  • Provide after sales service to Corporate clients and handle day to day operational/service issues of the clients

Designation: TF Lead - Sales
Location: Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
Qualification: Graduate (Agri business)
Experience: 7 - 15 Experience (Trade financing)

 Identification of new potential clients & customization of offering suiting to their requirement
• Development of vendor; Coordination with suppliers to procure at right price and right quality.
• Effective coordination with existing client, identification of new commodity/area of services
• Negotiation for better profitability
• Effective follow up with clients
• Periodical feedback from the clients
• Pre-intimation of obligations to concerned dept/state & zonal team, Periodical evaluation in coordination with concerned dept.
• Daily price negotiations with vendors and maximize purchase quantity and Maintain Landed price on portfolio basis from Various APMC to achieve daily parity. Monitor Quality of procured commodity and plug financial loss due to non-delivery or delayed delivery of agreed quantity by daily M2M assessment in close coordination with Operation team, Brokers and Suppliers.
• Co-ordinating with clients for lifting of material as per schedule; maximizing profit by liquidating commodity at opportune time.
• Initiating proposal/ensuring approval & agreement - Client, Mandi, Govt. Dept, etc
• Efficiently Maintain daily MIS reports related to purchase and sales, updating on suppliers/ brokers and customers data base. 
• Ensuring that all compliances are in placed before commencement of operations. 
• Risk Mitigation for business 1. Developing strong Broker/Vendor network in his region in order to deal with any situation. 2. Monitoring of market scenario continuously in order to take preventive action to avoid any potential loss situation.        Collection of monthly charges and M2M within the time limit.
