He joined NBHC in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer and played a pivotal role in driving financial discipline within the company. In 2023, he was elevated to Business Head & SVP to lead the Micro Agri Commodities Lending & Business Correspondent Services, where he strengthened key banking relationships. With a career spanning over 20 years, he has predominantly worked in the logistics and supply chain industry.
Vinod brings deep industry insight and strategic expertise that continue to support NBHC’s transformation journey. His vision, combined with strong operational rigor, is instrumental in unlocking the next phase of growth for the company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
As the Chief Financial Officer, he leads the Finance & Accounts function and oversees Business Finance, Procurement, Risk Management, Strategic Planning, Treasury, Taxation, MIS, Insurance, and Secretarial operations. He also plays a key role in enhancing capital allocation, investment management, and driving the company’s overall financial performance and profitability.
Dharmendra joined NBHC in 2020 as Finance Controller and was elevated to Deputy Chief Financial Officer in 2022. Over the years, he has significantly contributed to strengthening financial processes, ensuring fiscal discipline, and improving the company’s financial health while supervising critical accounting and taxation frameworks.
Before joining NBHC, Dharmendra held leadership roles at Edelweiss Group (Agri Business), Shree Shubham Logistics Ltd., A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd., and Vimal Metro India, gaining extensive experience across the logistics and supply chain industry.
At NBHC, he leads the Risk Management & Compliance Division, overseeing enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across all verticals as well as external partners. He also provides strategic oversight to the Audit function, ensuring robust control systems and offering timely guidance for effective implementation of audit processes across the organisation.
Before joining NBHC, Abhay held senior leadership roles at RBL Bank, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, and Allahabad Bank.
He holds a Postgraduate degree in Agriculture and has completed the Management of Business Finance (MBF) programme. He is also a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), and has successfully cleared the Limited Insolvency Examination conducted by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).
With over 21 years of extensive experience in the Information Technology domain, Pravin is a distinguished Technology Leader, recognized for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and deep expertise in enterprise IT Infrastructure Management and Enterprise Application Development. Before joining NBHC, he served as Vice President – Information Technology at Epicenter Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for over 16 years. In this role, he led multiple departments and played a pivotal role in driving the organization’s Digital Transformation and Technology Strategy.
At NBHC, Pravin is responsible for formulating and executing the company’s IT strategy, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency across NBHC’s expansive network. His mandate also encompasses strengthening technology-led risk mitigation frameworks and driving strategic digital initiatives to support business scalability and operational resilience.
His career encompasses diverse competencies across Information Technology, Risk & Compliance, Software Development, AI & RPA, Business Intelligence, and IT Service Business Unit leadership. He is a strategic leader who consistently drives transformative outcomes, encompassing major financial achievements, infrastructure development, and robust compliance.
His leadership experience includes managing large multi-functional teams and spearheading projects globally.
Pravin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and is widely respected for his collaborative leadership style, strong stakeholder management, and commitment to fostering innovation-driven, business-aligned technology solutions.
Pravin enjoys networking and cultivating relationships, learning new technologies, and has a passion for gardening.
He joined NBHC in March 2007 and has since played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s industry presence. Leveraging his deep sector knowledge and strong pan-industry relationships, Pankaj has built a robust network among leading corporates and is credited with developing one of the highest-volume businesses in the industry. He also leads business development initiatives at major port locations.
Prior to joining NBHC, he was associated with Chambal Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd.
Pankaj holds an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM), along with a Post Graduate Degree and a B.Sc. in Agriculture.
At NBHC, he has spent more than a decade driving the Warehousing & Finance business, where he is currently responsible for strengthening the division’s financial and operational performance while exploring new avenues for business growth.
As a seasoned leader, Santosh has spearheaded strategic initiatives, enabled disruptive solution development, and consistently focused on enhancing corporate performance. He has played a pivotal role in NBHC’s expansion across the Rajasthan (East) region by growing the customer base, scaling the professional warehousing business, improving profitability, optimizing costs, and building high-performing teams.
Before joining NBHC, he held senior roles at Axis Bank Ltd., Triveni Retail Venture Ltd., Aadhar Retailing Ltd., and Hariyali Kisaan Bazaar.
Santosh holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Rajasthan University and has completed technical courses in SAP and other IT systems.
At NBHC, he initially led the Trade Facilitation business for nearly seven years, including six years as the State Head for Maharashtra. During this period, he significantly contributed to the company’s growth across key parameters such as Asset Under Management (AUM), customer base expansion, professional warehousing scale-up, revenue enhancement, and cost optimization. He has also been recognized with multiple leadership awards, including ‘Best State Head of the Year’ (2016 & 2017) and ‘2nd Runner-Up’ (2019).
At Pestinct Pro Solutions, he now leads the Pest Management Business, driving the next phase of growth and operational excellence. Prior to NBHC, he held senior roles with NAFED, Reliance Retail Ltd., and Karvy Comtrade Ltd.
Vishal is known for his strong communication and negotiation skills, sharp analytical mindset, and strategic financial acumen. His foresight, discipline, and execution-oriented approach have strengthened business fundamentals year after year, fostered customer trust, and elevated the brand’s market presence. His leadership inspires high team performance and a result-driven culture.
Vishal holds a Chemical Engineering degree, an MBA in Marketing from VAMICOM, Pune, and a Certificate in International Trade from IIFT, Delhi.
Before joining NBHC, he worked with reputed organizations such as the National Stock Exchange, MCX Stock Exchange, and Transport Corporation of India. During his tenure at NSE—spanning nearly ten years—he played a key role in several transitional phases of the exchange, managing litigation and arbitration matters and contributing to the formulation of model byelaws, rules, and regulations.
A persuasive leader with strong negotiation skills, Siddhartha has a proven track record of driving in-house legal functions and delivering innovative legal and business solutions grounded in sound strategic judgment.
He holds a degree in Law from the University College of Law, Kolkata.

Recognized for his ability to drive transformational HR strategies in complex, matrix environments across geographies, Sanjay has led several organizational development initiatives, accelerating business growth and turnaround efforts. His expertise extends to workforce management, organizational development, and HR strategy formulation, ensuring sustainable results and long-term success.
