At NBHC, Pravin is responsible for formulating and executing the company’s IT strategy, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency across NBHC’s expansive network. His mandate also encompasses strengthening technology-led risk mitigation frameworks and driving strategic digital initiatives to support business scalability and operational resilience.
His career encompasses diverse competencies across Information Technology, Risk & Compliance, Software Development, AI & RPA, Business Intelligence, and IT Service Business Unit leadership. Recognized for his ability to drive transformational HR strategies in complex, matrix environments across geographies, Sanjay has led several organizational development initiatives, accelerating business growth and turnaround efforts. His expertise extends to workforce management, organizational development, and HR strategy formulation, ensuring sustainable results and long-term success.
